- Google authentication tokens when you connect your Google/Gmail account

- Send business emails (invoices, quotes, notifications) on your behalf through your connected Gmail account

Google User Data
Our applications use Google OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail account. We request access to the following scope:
- gmail.send — to send emails (invoices, quotes, business communications) on your behalf when you initiate a send action within our application
Regarding your Google data:
- We only send emails that you explicitly initiate within our application
- We do not read, scan, or access the contents of your mailbox
- We store only the authentication tokens necessary to send emails on your behalf
- We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google data to any third parties
- We do not use your Google data for advertising, analytics, or AI/ML training purposes
- You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account Permissions
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption to protect your data in transit and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized employees bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services. Authentication tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by you at any time. When you disconnect your Google account or delete your account, associated tokens are removed.
